Maureen C. Proctor graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida in 1985. While at Stetson Law School, Maureen was a Dana Scholar and a member of the Stetson Law Review.
Her undergraduate majors included both Finance and Marketing. She graduated cum laude from Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1988.
She has represented and helped disabled individuals obtain workers’ compensation benefits for over 20 years and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as having special knowledge in the area of Workers’ Compensation since 1998. She has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida for 25 years. She has also represented disabled individuals in their attempt to obtain Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income benefits before the Social Security Administration for over 20 years.
She is a member of the United States Districts Court for the Northern and Middle District of Florida. She is on the Board of Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida and enjoys helping people through that organization’s various charity efforts, such as Christmas Connection.
